Consent, Privacy and Performer Protection

Content Removal Request

KainsDomains provides a direct process for individuals, performers, rights holders and authorized representatives to request the review and removal of specific content appearing on the website.

Requests involving consent, privacy, identity, safety or personal participation are taken seriously and will be reviewed using the information available to us.

You do not need to contact the uploader first. If you are depicted in content, legally represent a depicted person or have a legitimate consent, privacy or safety concern, you may contact KainsDomains directly.

1. Who May Submit a Request?

A content-removal request may be submitted by:

A Person Depicted

An individual who appears in the video, image, thumbnail, preview or other content being reported.

An Authorized Representative

An attorney, agent, manager or other person who has lawful authority to act for the depicted individual.

A Parent or Legal Guardian

A parent or lawful guardian reporting material that may involve a minor or a person for whom the requester has legal responsibility.

A Rights Holder

A person or business with a legitimate privacy, publicity, trademark or other applicable legal interest in the material.

A third party may report an urgent safety or illegal-content concern even if that person does not own or appear in the material. Those reports should use the Report Illegal Content page.

2. Reasons You May Request Removal

You may request review of content for reasons including:

  • You appear in the content and did not consent to its recording, publication or distribution;
  • Your consent was withdrawn where applicable law provides a right to withdraw it;
  • The material was distributed outside the authorized purpose or beyond the agreed scope of consent;
  • The content was recorded through a hidden camera, secretly or in a location where privacy was reasonably expected;
  • The material contains non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • Your identity, name, likeness or personal information is being used without lawful permission;
  • The content is falsely labeled, impersonates you or uses a manipulated or artificially generated sexual depiction of your likeness;
  • The content involves coercion, force, threats, exploitation or trafficking;
  • A person depicted may have been under 18 when the material was created;
  • The content creates a credible personal-safety or privacy risk; or
  • Another applicable legal or policy reason supports its removal.
Copyright ownership is a separate issue. If your request is based only on ownership of copyrighted material, submit a DMCA notice through the KainsDomains DMCA page.

3. Information to Include

Providing complete and accurate information helps us locate and review the correct material. Include:

  1. The exact KainsDomains URL: Paste the complete URL of every video, image or page you want reviewed.
  2. Identification of the content: Include the page title, video title, model name, username or other identifying information.
  3. Your relationship to the content: Explain whether you are depicted, legally represent someone depicted or hold another relevant legal interest.
  4. The reason for your request: Briefly explain the consent, privacy, identity, safety or other concern.
  5. Your contact information: Provide a safe method for us to contact you if more information is required.
  6. Supporting information: Provide any non-explicit documentation that reasonably supports the request.
  7. Your confirmation: Confirm that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Protect your privacy: Do not submit passwords, complete financial information or unnecessary personal records. If identity verification is requested, redact information that is not needed for verification.
Do not attach suspected illegal sexual material. If the request involves suspected child sexual abuse material or another illegal sexual image, provide only the KainsDomains URL and a brief non-graphic description. Do not download, save, copy, screenshot or redistribute it.

4. How Requests Are Reviewed

The action taken will depend on the nature of the request, the information provided, the content involved and applicable legal requirements.

  1. Request Received The submission is received through KainsDomains Support.
  2. Content Located The provided URL and identifying details are used to locate the material.
  3. Information Reviewed The request and available records are evaluated.
  4. Appropriate Action Access may be restricted, removed or otherwise addressed.

For serious consent, exploitation, underage or immediate-safety concerns, KainsDomains may temporarily restrict access while the request is reviewed.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the requester, locate the content, determine authority or prevent fraudulent and abusive removal demands.

When appropriate, we may contact the content provider, preserve relevant records, restrict an associated account or refer information to an appropriate reporting organization or authority.

No removal fee: KainsDomains does not charge a person depicted in content to submit a good-faith consent, privacy or safety-related removal request.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Information submitted through the removal process will be used to evaluate the request, communicate with you, maintain relevant records, protect website security and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information may be shared with content providers, hosting providers, legal advisers, reporting organizations or authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate and address the request.

You may request confidential treatment of your identity. Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate a claim, protect someone from harm or provide due process to another party.

6. Follow-Up and Appeals

If you believe a removal request was misunderstood, denied because information was missing or otherwise resolved incorrectly, you may submit a follow-up request.

Include:

  • The exact KainsDomains URL involved;
  • The approximate date of the original request;
  • Any reference information available from the original request;
  • A clear explanation of what should be reconsidered; and
  • Any new non-explicit supporting information.

Enter “Content Removal Appeal” at the beginning of your Support message so it can be distinguished from a new request.

7. False or Abusive Requests

Submit accurate information and use the removal process in good faith. You do not need to prove your entire claim before asking for review, but you must not knowingly provide false statements, altered evidence or forged authorization.

Do not impersonate a depicted person, performer, rights holder, attorney or authorized representative. Do not use the removal process to harass another person, interfere with lawful competition or submit repeated fraudulent demands.

Knowingly false, fraudulent or abusive requests may be rejected and may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
