Content or activity suggesting trafficking, forced commercial sexual activity, exploitation, confinement, blackmail or control by another person.
Material that appears to have been recorded in a private place without the knowledge or consent of the person depicted.
Credible threats, stalking, extortion, doxxing, violent criminal conduct or content that presents a serious risk of physical harm.
Non-consensual manipulated sexual material, deceptive impersonation or realistic sexual depictions using a person’s likeness without permission.
Content involving illegal goods, malware, fraud, criminal solicitation or another violation of applicable law or KainsDomains policies.
Reports containing enough specific information can generally be located and reviewed more efficiently. Include as much of the following information as you can safely and accurately provide:
Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18 years old is strictly prohibited. This includes attempts to upload, distribute, request, advertise or link to child sexual abuse material.

KainsDomains may take one or more of the following actions after receiving a sufficiently detailed report:

The exact action will depend on the information available, the nature of the report and applicable legal requirements. Immediate removal is not guaranteed solely because a report has been submitted, but credible safety reports will be reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
To protect users, victims and investigations, we may be unable to provide detailed information about internal reviews, preserved records, account actions or communications with authorities.
Information submitted through the reporting process will be used to evaluate the report, communicate with the reporter when necessary, maintain security, enforce website policies and comply with legal obligations.
Report information may be disclosed to hosting providers, content providers, legal advisers, reporting organizations, law enforcement or other appropriate parties when reasonably necessary to investigate or address the matter.
You may request that your identity be treated as confidential. However, absolute confidentiality cannot be promised when disclosure is required by law, necessary to investigate an urgent threat or essential to protect someone from harm.
You do not need to prove a crime before submitting a report. You should have a reasonable, good-faith basis for the concern and provide factual information as accurately as possible.
Do not knowingly submit false information, impersonate another person, alter evidence or misuse the reporting process to harass a performer, creator, advertiser, website operator or other individual.
Reporting content to KainsDomains does not prevent you from contacting law enforcement, victim-support services or another appropriate organization. For urgent or serious situations, you should consider reporting to both KainsDomains and the proper outside authority.
